Shruti is passionate about healthy food and healthy eating. She has more than 10 years of experience in providing one-on- one consultations, educational talks, conducting workshops, coaching and advising clients in areas of nutrition. Her vision is to create awareness about how quality of one’s nutrition/lifestyle affect quality of one’s health.
She was invited at House of Lords, UK in April 2019 as guest speaker to speak on healthy eating to balance female hormones.Shruti has previously worked in India as a dietician in multi-speciality hospitals.
Shruti is a member of British Association of Nutrition and Lifestyle Medicine (BANT), Association for Nutrition (AFN) and Celiac society of India.
Her approach is simple and supportive, providing as much guidance one needs to get on to the path of better health through awareness, information and inspiration. She provides personalised health programmes keeping in mind the nutritional deficiencies, likes and dislikes and religious beliefs.Her recommendations include healthier diet, healthier lifestyle and healthier cooking.
As a mother to two very active young boys she fully able to appreciate and understand the challenges of healthy eating for children. Shruti likes to give practical advise on convenient healthy meals & snacks and being mindful of what one eats.
Shruti enjoys experimenting with recipes at with her family as her honest critics and never ceases to be amazed at how even the smallest nutritional changes can make a huge difference.
