In the early stages, the firm began working on Hospitals and Industrial Buildings. The portfolio soon grew to include apartments, commercial buildings, cargo warehouses, food processing units, schools, malls, villas, assisted living spaces – with increase in projects, the firm decided to open another office in Chennai, which has strengthened the firm’s capabilities and is able to efficiently manage projects covering South India
